PASS PURCHASES
Pass purchases are not refundable.* You have two options:
OPTION A: Transfer your pass to another person. Request we add a verification statement to any ad you post to sell the pass. Send us the name of the buyer after you instruct the person to open a registration account with us.
OPTION B: Notify us you must defer attending. Retain our acknowledgement email. You have two years to have the pass amount credited to a new registration. Simply reply to our acknowledgement email when you are able to attend within the next two years.
- *You may contact us if an extremely impeding circumstance negates selling or deferring your pass.
ALL REQUESTS TO DEFER OR TRANSFER MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE SUNDAY DURING THE EVENT WEEKEND.
COMPETITION AND ADD-ON PURCHASES
Passes purchased are not refundable. You have the same two options as with event passes. The options also apply if you are attending the event but no longer want to use a competition or add-on.
Those SCRATCHED for not checking in on time for a competition will not be refunded.
PRIVACY POLICY
USE OF IMAGES
Our waiver includes a use of images clause. Please be aware that images where persons may appear in the background are typically not in focused or cropped out during production. Without receiving a request not to publish from a specific person, we reserve the right to use images taken at the event for promotional purposes. Attendees may request a “no-pictures-please” identity sticker to wear from the Registration desk.
REGISTRATION DATA
No personal data is retained on the CTOdance.ca website. Third-party services such as Stripe for patrons to register and complete payments have security polices to protect your data. Please review their privacy policies for specifies on how your data is protected.
ONLINE FORMS
You data in our online forms is retained with Jotform. We apply added key encryption to incident report forms on the Jotform site.
NEWSLETTER MAILING LIST
Our Newsletter form is managed on Web Hosting Canada servers. We import your email address and to our host newsletter platform. We do not share your data and delete it once you unsubscribe.
EMAILS
All email communications are password protected and managed on Web Hosting Canada servers. Any multi email sent to clients is sent using blind carbon copy to protect your mailing address.
