FUN FOR CHARITY COMPETITIONS
Krazy Canuck Challenge: selection for this charity competition is simularr to a Pro-Am Jack & Jill prelims. Open to all up to Advanced. 8 leadrs and 8 followers are selected based on entertainment over skill level. Finalist battle head to head while paired with our Pros is a Swing 16 format.
People’s Pro Strictly: Partners pair up to let the audience select the winners. One member of the partnership must be a Pro saff member.
COUNTRY COMPETITIONS
Country Swing Jack & Jill: Newcomer and Novice under the World Swing Dance Council rules.
Country Two Step Jack & Jill: Newcomer, Novice, and Intermediate under the World Two Step Tour rules. (Advance will only run with sufficient entries)
TEAM COMPETITION
Team Open: All levels. Three or more persons performing a West Coast Swing, Country Swing, Country Two Step, Night Club Two Step, or a Line Dance routine lasting 2 to 5 minutes.
LINE DANCE COMPETITION
Line Dance Open: All levels. Competitors will need to know three routines as per the step sheets found at CopperKnob.ca.uk. Dancers are encouraged to embellish the moves to add styling and difficulty. For 2026 the three songs are Got To Be Funky, A Bar Song, and I Love You Like a Love Song.
