Jack & Jill: Newcomer to All Star and Masters (age 50 plus)

Strictly: Novice, Intermediate, Open, Pro-Charity, and Masters (age 50 plus)

Pro-Am Routine: Open (up to Intermediate)

COUNTRY COMPETITIONS

Country Two Step Jack & Jill: Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced under the Country Two Step Tour rules.

Country Swing Jack & Jill: Newcomer, Novice, and Intermediate under the Country Swing Dance Council rules. 

OPEN TEAM ROUTINE COMPETITION

Open to all levels. Three or more persons performing a West Coast Swing, Country Swing, Country Two Step, Night Club Two Step, or a Line Dance routine lasting 1.5 to 3 minutes.

WINNERS-SHARE-ALL CHARITY COMPETITIONS

Entry fees for these competitions are split 50/50 between winners and the Soldier-On Charity.

Krazy Canuck Challenge: Selection for competing in this charity competition is similar to a Pro-Am Jack & Jill prelims. Open to all up to Advanced.  8 leaders and 8 followers are selected based on entertainment over skill level. Finalist battle head-to-head, while paired with Pro Staff, in a Swing 16 format.

People’s Pro Strictly: Partners pair up to let the audience select the winners. Audience members use tickets to drop into named containers to select the top performances. Pro Staff may select any other Pro or dancer attending the event with a full event pass.

Open Line Dance: All levels. Competitors will need to know two routines as per the step sheets found at  CopperKnob.ca.uk. Dancers are encouraged to embellish the moves to add styling and difficulty on three of four walls. One wall must be vanilla. For 2026, the two songs are Got To Be Funky and A Bar Song.
