COMPETITION AND ADD-ON PURCHASES

Passes purchased are not refundable. You have the same two options as with event passes. The options also apply if you are attending the event but no longer want to use a competition or add-on. 

Those SCRATCHED for not checking in on time for a competition will not be refunded.

Pass Purchases All pass purchases are non-refundable*. If you are unable to attend, the following options are available: Option A: Transfer Your Pass You may transfer your pass to another person.
  • You are responsible for finding a buyer
  • We can provide a verification statement for your sales post upon request
  • The buyer must create a registration account
  • You must send us the buyer’s name to complete the transfer
Option B: Defer Your Pass If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may defer your pass:
  • You must notify us in advance
  • Keep our acknowledgement email for your records
  • The pass value may be applied toward a future event within two years
  • When ready to attend, reply to your original acknowledgement email to use the credit
Critical Deadline
All transfer and deferral requests must be received before Sunday of the event weekend. Requests submitted after this time will not be accepted.
Exception Clause
In the case of a serious and unavoidable circumstance that prevents both transfer and deferral, you may contact us for consideration.
Please plan accordingly. We strongly encourage participants to make arrangements early should an issue arise.

USE OF IMAGES 

Our waiver includes a use of images clause. Please be aware that images where persons may appear in the background are typically not in focused or cropped out during production. Without receiving a request not to publish from a specific person, we reserve the right to use images taken at the event for promotional purposes. Attendees may request a “no-pictures-please” identity sticker to wear from the Registration desk.

REGISTRATION DATA 

No personal data is retained on the CTOdance.ca website. Third-party services such as Stripe for patrons to register and complete payments have security polices to protect your data. Please review their privacy policies on how your data is protected.

ONLINE FORMS

Jotform.com retains any data you submit using one of its forms via CTOdance.ca. We apply added key encryption to incident report forms on the Jotform site. 

NEWSLETTER MAILING LIST

Our Newsletter form is managed on Web Hosting Canada servers. We import your email address and to our host newsletter platform. We do not share your data. You may  unsubscribe at any time. 

EMAILS

All email communications are password protected and managed on Web Hosting Canada servers. Any multi email sent to clients is sent using blind carbon copy to protect your email address.
